As an Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, and Senior Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience, I specialise in delivering scalable SaaS platforms and API-driven systems, and in modernising legacy applications across logistics, eCommerce, and enterprise environments. My background combines hands-on development, solutions architecture, and technical leadership across a broad stack, including PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and C#. I have worked with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Lumen, Node.js, and React, and designed and evolved systems on cloud platforms, using microservices and event-driven architectures. Most recently, as Head of Engineering & R&D at Quantainerize, I led distributed teams of 25+ engineers across multiple countries, driving delivery outcomes, improving engineering practices, and shaping solution architecture aligned with business goals. I remained actively involved in system design, backend prototyping, and technical decision-making to support delivery, scalability, and long-term platform evolution. Throughout my career, I have worked across both legacy and modern environments, stepping into existing codebases, improving reliability, and progressively transitioning systems toward more scalable and maintainable architectures. I am comfortable balancing hands-on development with mentoring, team leadership, and delivery management, particularly in fast-paced and evolving environments. I have extensive experience working with distributed teams across Australia, Russia, Vietnam, India, and the Philippines, and I am highly effective in remote and hybrid settings.
